With the same dosage of water reducer, the use of the concrete strength enhancer can reduce cement usage by 20%–30%, while ensuring that the concrete achieves the required strength. The exact reduction amount should be determined through systematic comparative laboratory tests. The reduced cement volume can be replaced with an equal amount of a 50/50 mix of mineral powder and fly ash, or adjusted according to actual conditions.
During concrete mix adaptation tests, prepare a benchmark sample first. For the test group using the enhancer, gradually increase the water addition from a low amount until the mixture approaches the same consistency as the benchmark sample. The use of the enhancer can reduce water usage by 5–20 kg per cubic meter of concrete.
